Extra fees for one apartment complex?
The Alpine Township treasurer says a township apartment complex uses more than its share of services — and it should pay more for it.But the owner of York Creek Apartments says it and a neighboring complex make up about 38 percent of the population and only 25 to 28 percent of all fire and police calls.
